  • Steve Holeyfield - Currently licensed in Kansas and Missouri. Born in Blue Springs, MO. Graduated Blue Springs South High School. Attended UMKC in Warrensburg Missouri where he studied programming and became an IT Specialist.



  • Steve's experience in Real Estate and Residential building dates back to his childhood, as his parents were both Builders and licensed Real Estate agents.



  • James Hopkins - Currently licensed in Missouri. Born in Lee's Summit, MO. Graduated from Pleasant Hill High School. Attended UMKC in Warrensburg Missouri where he studied marketing and later became a certified Webmaster.



  • Being a descendant of carpenters, James has personally worked in all phases of construction on residential homes. Out of college he spent nine years working in sales and marketing for Midwest Wholesale Hardware - a national wholesaler of commercial and residential hardware.



  • Louane Holeyfield - Licensed Broker in Missouri and Kansas - Although you may never meet Louane, she is very much a part of the Hopkins/Holeyfeld group. Boasting 30 years of experience in Real Estate, she has seen every facet of the business. While Steve and James are using their cutting edge technology to market and sale homes, Louane is ensuring that every transaction goes as smoothly as possible.
